Leadership Training Program
Redefining Quality
- We believe Quality starts at the top. This training was designed for leadership teams, boards of directors, and other groups of decision-makers to help businesses adopt responsibility for Quality where it matters the most.
Starting at $15,000
- Teach decision-makers how to think about Quality.
- Learn about the relationship between Quality and delayed gratification.
- Learn about the forces, internal and external, pushing us toward anti-Quality decision making.
- Learn why it is important to expand the scope of Quality.
- Provide the framework for building a Quality culture and a properly oriented quality policy.
- Provide examples of how to infuse Quality into Human Resources and Finance.
Leadership Coaching
- Communicating the value proposition of Quality is one of the most difficult things for a leader to do. This offering is designed for Quality-curious decision-makers that are struggling with just that. We'll review a truncated version of "Redefining Quality" in a 1-on-1 session and discuss the specific obstacles to Quality in your business.

- Help decision-makers communicate the value proposition of Quality.
- Includes an initial 2-hour consultation and (3) 1-hour follow-up meetings for strategic planning.
- Remote only.
Leadership Staff Augmentation
- We believe finding the right Quality leader is paramount to business success. Fill staffing gaps on your quality leadership team with fractional high-efficiency support. We will serve as bridge-to-hire for your leadership team and help you identify the perfect long-term fit.
$5,000 per month
or
$13,500 per quarter
- Up to 20 hrs of consultant time (+$250/month for each additional hour).
- Rate does not include travel expenses. Travel time billed at 50%.
Quality in Human Resources
- A business's Quality is determined by its people. We will work with your leadership team to develop Quality-focused programs for recruitment, staffing, and performance management that will ensure the business is building a Quality culture from the bottom up.
Starting at $20,000
- Work directly with the Head of HR to develop a high-level strategy for infusing Quality into the human resource department. Includes a review and assessment of current practices.
- Prerequisite: Leadership team must have completed our Redefining Quality training.
- Pricing based on size of business and scope of work. To be determined after initial assessment.
Quality in Finance
- A business's Quality starts and ends with its balance sheet. We will work with your leadership team to develop Quality-focused programs for budgeting, treasury strategy, asset management, and performance measurement that will ensure the business is creating a financial framework for ensuring Quality.
Starting at $20,000
- Work directly with the CFO to develop a high-level strategy for infusing Quality into the finance department. Includes a review and assessment of current practices.
- Prerequisite: Leadership team must have completed our Redefining Quality training.
- Pricing based on size of business and scope of work. To be determined after initial assessment.
Acquisition Due Diligence
- Quality is often an afterthought during M&A activities, but quality management systems can be the difference between a successful or failed acquisition. We will perform an assessment of the acquisition's QMS, determine if it is an asset or liability, and provide a report that can be leveraged during negotiations.

- Includes full report with business & regulatory risk identified.
- Pair this with our QMS integration planning for an optimized result.
Travel Add-ons
- +$5,000 for on-site regional*
- +$8,000 for on-site (continental US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU)
- +$12,000 for on-site (AK, HI, other international)
- *An audit location within 500 miles of Consultant's residence is considered regional. If the audit location is within 100 miles of Consultant's residence, there will be no cost in addition to the Base Rate.
