Quality is often an afterthought during M&A activities, but quality management systems are a common reason for a failed business integration. A poorly integrated QMS will add costs and redundancies. Continuing education in Quality is key to maintaining a Quality culture. We develop and perform quality training tailored to client needs. Trainings can be tailored to specific departments, company-wide, or even designed specifically for the leadership team.
Project Management
Accountability is one of the most common reasons for project failures. Due to human nature and poorly structured incentive systems, internal resources often struggle with this issue the most. Outsource this challenge to our team to ensure projects get completed on-time and under budget. We work hand-in-hand with your leadership team to ensure project resources are properly scope and efficiently utilized.

Does your project have an ever-changing scope and timeline? Lock in consulting time with our retainer for guaranteed availability. Includes up to 20 hours of consulting time per month (+$200 for each additional hour).

*Does not include travel expenses and travel time is billed at 50% rate.

Gap Assessments
- Avoid being caught of guard during high-priority customer audits or regulatory inspections. We perform full assessments to identify any blindspots in your quality management system. Additionally, for start-ups launching their first product, we perform assessments to determine readiness for commercialization.

- Base rate is for three day remote assessment.
Auditing Services
- We believe auditing should be a value-added activity for a business. We perform dual-purpose audits, reviewing both process and QMS at the same time to maximize efficiency. Supplement both your internal and supplier audit programs with our audit services and receive detailed audit reports with both risk-based assessments of compliance and business focused recommendations for process improvements.
Starting at $3,200 (Internal) - $4,800 (External)
- Includes full report with observations & findings.
- Base rate is for one day remote audit.
Travel Add-ons
- +1,600/2,250 for each additional day (remote/on-site)
- +$2,750 for on-site regional*
- +$5,000 for on-site (continental US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU)
- +$8,500 for on-site (AK, HI, other international)
- *An audit location within 500 miles of Consultant's residence is considered regional. If the audit location is within 100 miles of Consultant's residence, there will be no cost in addition to the Base Rate.
