Approved Contractor List
Tripodi Quality Consulting is building a network of Approved Contractors (AC) that have been evaluated based on their understanding of Quality, alignment with our principles, and capability of performing to our efficiency standards. In keeping with our principle of transparency, AC rates, capabilities, and availability will be published on our Approved Contractor List (ACL).
If the client would like to hire a contractor through TQC, the contract will come with the following additional services:
- Performance Guarantee: All contracts through TQC come with a performance guarantee. If the AC is not meeting expectations, I will complete the contract myself at whatever rate is lower, mine or the rate agreed with the contractor.
- Performance Evaluations: All contractors are evaluated every three (3) months while under contract and at the end of every contract. They are evaluated for performance and client satisfaction as a requirement for remaining on TQC’s ACL.
- Bonus Quality Consultations: All contracts through TQC include one (1) hour of consulting time a week from myself for the duration of the contract.
We charge a one-time placement and maintenance fee that is transparent to both client and contractor. The placement and maintenance fee is dependent on contract length:
- For a three (3) month contract: $3000
- For a six (6) month contract: $5000
Approved Contractors (AC) set their own rates and work independently. Clients should feel free to reach out directly and may do so with confidence that all contractors have been evaluated and meet the standard of Tripodi Quality Consulting.
