Pricing

General Contract Services

$175 per hour

  • Contract shall be for a minimum of 10 hrs/wk.
  • Contract shall be for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Rate is based on remote work. Does not include travel expenses. Travel time is billed at 50% rate plus expenses.

Consulting Retainer

$3500 per month

  • No weekly or hourly commitment or contract length required.
  • Up to 20 hrs of consultant time (+$175/month for each additional hour).
  • Rate is based on remote work. Does not include travel expenses. Travel time is billed at 50% rate plus expenses.

Supplier Audit

Starting at $4250

  • Includes full report with observations & findings.
  • Base rate is for one day remote audit.
  • +$1750 for each additional day
  • +$1500 for on-site regional*
  • +$3500 for on-site (continental US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU)
  • +$7500 for on-site (AK, HI, other international)

Internal Audit

Starting at $2750

  • Includes full report with observations & findings.
  • Base rate is for one day remote audit.
  • +$1750 for each additional day
  • +$1500 for on-site regional*
  • +$3500 for on-site (continental US, Canada, Mexico, UK, EU)
  • +$7500 for on-site (AK, HI, other international)

*An audit location within 500 miles of Consultant’s residence is considered regional. If the audit location is within 100 miles of Consultant’s residence, there will be no cost in addition to the Base Rate.

Price Transparency

We publish our current rates so you can determine if we fit within your budget before reaching out. Rates are accurate through the end of 2024 and are evaluated annually.

Due to our commitment to price transparency, we typically do not accept contracts through third parties. We are open to working with third parties provided the following criteria can be agreed upon:

  • Client pays rate published by Tripodi Quality Consulting.
  • Third party fee negotiated with Tripodi Quality Consulting.

Efficiency

We do not accept standard 40 hr/wk staff augmentation contracts. Given our experience in the industry, we know that high performers can accomplish a standard “40 hours” of work in a fraction of that time. We aim for part-time contracts anywhere from 10-30 hr/wk depending on our client’s needs and our contractor’s availability.
